The C-Hop Pale Ale (CPA) was releases today. The CPA has a good bold hop taste, but it is not overly bitter. The hops flavor fills the mouth quickly and stays.

There is a small malty taste in the background near the finish.

A little nuttiness sticks around in the mouth, too.
