I’m walking into Bristrol Brewing to enjoy some good brews. And, they are tapping the Skull N’ Bones at 5 o’clock.
The Skull N’ Bones was an Aged Pale Ale according to the brewery. It was a little sour similar to a wheat beer.
I enjoyed it, but I guess I would call it a sipping beer.
Well, I am kicking back at Bristol Brewing Company’s Tap Room enjoying this season’s Christmas Ale.
The cinnamon and anise flavors are great in the beer. The malt flavor are strong, but every enjoyable. The ABV is around 6.4%, which is nice on cold winter’s night in Colorado Springs.

They have the 2 bucks for any Edge City (EC) beer deal running tonight. I have had the EC Oktoberfest, EC Pale Bock, and EC English Mild, but more are to come.

Everyone is coming in filling their jugs (growlers) to have beer supplies for the week. Some have required kegs, but we all have our needs.
